IF YOU HAVE NOT VOTED, YOU MUST COMPLETE AND REQUEST YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

DOWNLOAD AN ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATION HERE COMPLETE AND RETURN TO YOUR LOCAL BOARD OF ELECTION.

YOUR BALLOT WILL ARRIVE IN THE MAIL ALONG WITH (2) ENVELOPES. ONE IS YOUR VERIFICATION THAT MUST BE COMPLETED ACCURATELY; THE OTHER IS THE RETURN ADDRESS ENVELOPE.

CAST YOUR VOTE BY COMPLETING THE BALLOT AND MAIL IT BACK IN THE ENVELOPE PROVIDED OR DROP IT OFF AT THE LOCAL BOARD OF ELECTION, DEADLINE IS APRIL 28TH
